Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day refund or exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or refund.


Partial refunds are granted, if applicable, in certain situations:


(a) Items purchased as part of a sale or through a discount code are eligible for refunds, however the shipping and handling costs may not be refundable.


(b) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Hydradaptor® has a strict policy against "change of mind" purchases which are to be recognized by the buyer before finalizing any purchase. It is incumbent for the purchaser to understand our policies and products before making any purchase.

To Process Your Return

We require receipt or proof of purchase. Do NOT send any items back until instructed (via email) by our customer support staff. If any items are returned by the customer without first being instructed by our staff, we unfortunately will not be able to process the return.


Once any returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received, are processing, and if a return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed in full (less any shipping and handling costs) and automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.


Please note that we do not provide paid shipping labels for returns and our customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email customerservice@hydradaptor.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. Be sure to include "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" so our staff can handle your request in a timely manner. If your order has already been processed, we reserve the right to charge a 10% processing fee for cancellation requests within the above mentioned timeframe.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Every parcel gets packaged carefully for shipping, but if there is a defective or damaged item, please let us know and we will be happy to send you an exchange free of charge.

Please contact us at customerservice@hydradaptor.com and provide the following information:

Customer Name

Email Address

Order Number

Explanation of the Defect

Photo or video of the defect(s). 

If images are not provided we will not be able to process your request.
